Mum, Dad & Baby Yoga and Shiatsu is suitable for any time after you give birth. The exercises are very simple, don't require flexibility or fitness, and are designed to help you gain abdominal tone, ease back pain, release shoulder tension and more in this very special recovery period, while learning how to completely relax and recharge your batteries in a healthy way for you and your baby. You will also learn shiatsu massage techniques to help your baby's development and to connect with each other as partners.

Mum, dad and baby yoga and shiatsu are available in workshops in the UK and on private retreats in Sicily.
